Term the licence is applied for: 3 years

Outline of proposed works:

Year 1 – Collection of existing data and/or drill core available to verify the method of mineralisation proposed within the application area. Review of the literature describing the occurrences of this type of mineralisation and its economic exploitation.

Year 2 – Should future higher impact exploration activities be planned such as exploration drilling, it will involve a submission of a low impact exploration plan or work plan to Earth Resources Regulation, detailed rehabilitation plans, and monitoring and auditing. Throughout the exploration planning process, Tawel Exploration Pty Ltd will consult with individual land holders and the broader community and provide information on planned exploration activities and allow  opportunities for feedback to be incorporated into the planning process.

Year 2 – Drilling and sampling to provide samples for analysis to determine whether economic concentrations of the mineralisation can be identified.

Year 3 – Drilling and sampling to provide samples for analysis at a density sufficient to establish a mineral resource estimate for this type of mineralisation.

5. Objections or Comments

Any person may object or comment to a licence being granted.
(Section 24 and 24A, Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990).

A person who objects or comments must:
a. put the objection or comments in writing; and
b. include the grounds on which it is made.

6. Other Statutory Requirements

Subject to other statutory requirements being satisfied, an exploration licence, if granted, entitles the holder of the licence to explore and search for minerals in the relevant land, but does not entitle the holder to undertake mining.
