Australian Rare Earths Ltd

Professor Dudley Kingsnorth OAM has signalled his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 31 January 2024.

AR3 Chairman, Angus Barker, said: "On behalf of the board, I express our appreciation to Dudley for his greatly valued leadership, advice, and contribution to the Company since its listing. Under Dudley’s leadership, AR3 established a rare earths deposit of significant scale, and attracted Neo Performance Materials as a foundation shareholder and key technical partner. In addition, he played a key role in building the strong relationship with ANSTO, to produce Australia’s first Mixed Rare Earths Carbonate from an Australian ionic clay hosted deposit. I sincerely thank him for his service and wish Dudley all the very best with his future endeavours.”
