AR3 receives A$617k Government R&D incentive

Australian Rare Earths Limited (ASX:AR3, or ‘Company’) is pleased to announce the receipt of a A$617,492 Research & Development (R&D) tax refund for the 2025 financial year. This incentive, under the Australian Government’s Research and Development Tax Incentive (RDTI) program, recognises AR3’s ongoing investment in innovation and technological advancement at its Koppamurra Rare Earth Project in South Australia.

Strengthening Australia’s Role in Critical Mineral Supply Chains

The R&D rebate complements AR3’s A$5 million co-funded grant under the International Partnerships in Critical Minerals Program, reinforcing Australia’s strategic position as a trusted supplier of critical minerals essential to the global energy transition.

Rare earth elements are at the heart of technologies powering electric vehicles, wind turbines, and advanced electronics, and the global race to secure stable supply chains continues to intensify. Recent geopolitical developments — including the historic Critical Minerals Framework signed this week between the United States and Australia — mark a significant milestone in fostering secure, diversified, and resilient rare earth supply chains between allied nations.
