The Project encompasses a substantial 1,981 km2 of prospective land in the North-Western Murray Basin, South Australia.

Overland is strategically located just ~180km southwest of Boss Energy's Honeymoon mine, a world-class uranium deposit.

AR3 targeting paleochannel sediments similar to those hosting Boss Energy's successful uranium operations.

The acquisition aligns with AR3's clean energy transition focus and leverages the Company's proven uranium exploration expertise.
