Highlights: post-tax NPV8 of $858m, 99% IRR, ~0.9 year payback on $178m initial capex, 12-year mine life producing ~1,865tpa TREO (incl. ~438tpa NdPr). Maiden ore reserve of 26Mt at 920ppm TREO within a 243Mt resource at 751ppm. Next steps: ANSTO pilot program, Mining Lease application, and DFS/offtake/funding work.
